Support couples trying to conceive
Gives patients a practical way to identify the fertile window and time intercourse around likely ovulation.
IVD / Fertility
Fast urine-based LH surge detection to help clinics, pharmacies, and patients identify the most fertile days of the cycle.

Product Overview
The LH Ovulation Rapid Test Cassette is a one-step immunochromatographic assay for qualitative detection of human luteinizing hormone in urine. It detects LH at or above 25 mIU/mL and helps predict ovulation before it occurs.
Medical Background
LH is secreted by the anterior pituitary and rises sharply before ovulation. This mid-cycle LH surge triggers final oocyte maturation and follicular rupture, with ovulation usually expected within 24-48 hours after peak LH.
The test is calibrated to WHO 2nd IS 80/552 and is designed to detect the LH surge while avoiding baseline fluctuations.
Provider Value
Gives patients a practical way to identify the fertile window and time intercourse around likely ovulation.
Useful when patients are unsure which days matter most, especially when cycle length varies month to month.
The 25-test box supports repeated cycle monitoring and gives providers a recurring fertility counseling tool.
Procedure & Results
Use a clean dry container. Test between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Avoid first morning urine and reduce liquid intake for 2 hours before testing.
Bring cassette and urine to 20-30 C. Add 3 full drops into the sample well marked S.
Start the timer and allow colored lines to develop.
Interpret at 3-5 minutes. Do not read after 10 minutes.
T line equal to or darker than C line. LH surge detected; ovulation is expected within 24-48 hours.
Only C line appears, or T line is lighter than C. No surge detected; test again tomorrow at the same time.
No control line appears. Repeat with a new cassette. If the problem persists, stop using that lot and contact the distributor.
